The RESET 2.0 is an 8-lesson online education program with the goal of losing weight and improving health by addressing the main causes of obesity and illnesses. We've included helpful bonus content like webinars from previous sessions, supplements education, and women's hormones!
Previously we walked through this course with you over 8-weeks and now we're allowing you to have full access from day 1. While we do recommend doing 1 lesson per week, you have the flexibility to take it at your own pace.

We do not provide medical services or oversight, and it is highly recommended that you work with your own doctor or other health care provider throughout this program.
